Chula Magazine, is the 1st, Latina Owed Published National Digital Latina Lifestyle [E]-Magazine covering Latinas from 12-24.  Our Inaugural Issue was published on line, March 2007.  Since then we have met our mission statement.

Chula Magazine's mission statement is to encourage, empower, inspire, educate and offer opportunity to Latinas from 12-24.  

Chula Magazine was conceived to share stories about the 12-24 year old Latina who is on a journey of self discovery.  Chula Magazine's mission is to cover multi-cultural Latinas who are movers and shakers.  Her journey may be spiritual, emotional, positive or seemingly negative!

The Chula Latina may be shaking up centuries old traditions at home, school, church or her neighborhood.  Or she may be the Latina who has always been overlooked, but a spark ignited and change began.  Her beauty comes from her inner tenaciousness and evolution from complacent bystander, to visionary. 

                                    Her visions are rites of passage. 

Our Chula Latina changes herself, her environment, and the people around her, perhaps one person, or one situation at a time.  She might not be sure where the journey will lead her, but she is sure that things have to change. 

Chula Magazine celebrates her as she aspires and inspires!  Her story will inspire you.  Or you might be the story!  Come along for the ride as we chronicle her journey.
