Port of Entry for the Last Massive Wave of Immigrants Was

New York City at the Turn of the 20th Century.  

Television talking head O'Reilley would lead us to believe that this latest 'brown' wave is making America worse.  Historically, immigrants arriving in the US have never had it easy.   The following commentary illustrates the harhness, bigotry and poverty which another immigrant mass endured during the turn of the 20th Century.   

The O'Reilley's and Dobbs' of the world have sugar coated those conditions and circumstances, and have poisoned the present immigration debate with their own bigotry and prejudice; creating anger, fear and maligned images of Hispanics.
